How do I replace a DVD player Xbox 360 without blinking?
I want to replace my DVD player with a broken again. I'm not really aware cpu, if I want to replace the drive without having to "flash" the drive or swap keys. I read somewhere that I can buy the same type of player with the same model number and avoid the flash part by putting the original drive card firmware to the new:. My questions are: 1. Is this work? (Anyone ever try that?) 2. I need the same manufacturer date on the new disc? (My original disc was manufactured in December 2005 so it's really hard to find) 3. Do I also need the same S / N: DVD-ROM Hitachi GDR-3120L, Rom Ver 0047DJ, December 2005 Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
