If you plan on downloading many games and movies from the PS Store, then go for the 250GB model between the hard disk sizes, it is a zero change. There were wide differences between sizes when the PS3 first came out, but no more. So if you want to download more games than you will just buy from a normal disc, then for the 250, otherwise the 120 is beautiful and you save money decent.
