Sealed Platinum Game
Why not work on my Pokemon Platinum DSi?
So I bought on Amazon.com Platinum from a user (not a company) and it came completely sealed in a legitimate case, a game Legit (or at least it seems 100% legit. Then I opened it, put it in my DSi, click the game icon (it recognizes it as a game), then it gives me this error message. "An error occurred. Hold down the power button to turn off the player. Please consult the manual for Nintendo DSi troubleshooting. "I called the online support Nintendo and they were not much help. They told me to try another game and see if it works. But in the meantime I need to know if anyone else has suggestions, if you have encountered this as well, and what you did to solve it. Thank you you.
It could be dust in the carting game in which you need to blow, whether it is a way or get a soft brush is clean to hunt. If this does not work, send it back with a refund.
