How do I play games on my Sega Genesis?
I just found a Sega Genesis system in my basement. It was this attachment CD with it, and the main system. There were games cartridges with her … that connect to the'…. main system but only games on CD seems not work! I took the main system of the CD and tried something new … but nothing worked. I put the game in the top slot and press firmly until it locks in and the screen remains hidden. I know that everything is connected right because the games on CD have worked with her. I need help …. its really old and probably dusty.If you want to play games cartridges, advice.Get heres the Q-tip and wipe them inside the cartridges to get all the dust them.You can also use rubbing alcohol … but NOT water.Water games will not take another work.Also .. q-tip … Sega Genesis slid open the mouth where you insert the game, press the q-tip down on the small things that will chip games, and go back and forth to get the dust out.After all finished hook .. save and plug and play play.The may not work at first … or at other times .. because that's how they are.It usually takes about three times before I can get all the games start on my Genesis.Just continue to make games and put them back in. .. they will work eventually.Also … Do not blow into the games.
