Sega Saturn Game

We have been games on consoles since the Atari launched worldwide in 1977 just before the crash of the game in the 80s. Of course it There were other consoles before she hosted a game to play on, but the console actually started following this launch special.
From there Nintendo, Sega, Sony and now Microsoft has been the industry leader (with others like the NeoGeo, CDI Phillips and Panasonic 3DO component other bits and bops that are excluded). Why manufacturers stumble? And who or what can we point the finger? I present to you, 'The 3rd Generation curse .
Below is a breakdown of consoles largest launched since 1977, representing only the first three consoles for each manufacturer.

Atari 2600's started the concept of games on your TV at home, so the success of the console is obvious. At the launch of the 7800 Atari things do not all go according to plan as the new contender, Nintendo had Other plans for introducing the world to Mario and his plumber brother. When Jaguar launched Atari is not the household names they had used before, and plunged directly into retails store bargain bins. Short but not sweet – 3rd Generation Curse No.1.
Nintendo was on top of the world in the early '80s, with the launch of the NES. Monitoring console, the SNES was just as good and held his own feisty rivals SEGA to destroy the throne. Then the N64 came on the scene, and Persona Nintendo has changed. The arrogance, ignorance and greed have their fall in a market that was fed up with the monopoly they held for over 10 years.
Sony approached the market with their new CD-based 3D perspective, with aggressive marketing, and Nintendo has found a market that had changed. Children in care once they had grown and were after a more mature experience. Even if the Wii has brought the brand back to a desirable state, it took two generations re-development strategies and humility before the community at large to accept them back again. 3rd Generation Curse No.2.
SEGA had a poor start in the industry with the SMS. Nintendo really destroyed anything and everything in its path at the time. It is Therefore, all efforts were focused on the up-and-coming SMD where SEGA almost made a name for the brand outside the middle arcade, with all ports of arcade available at home. Things seemed to enterprise … then made the decision most bizarre.
Attachments for SMD were next in the line-attack against the onslaught of super-computer from Sony. The Mega CD and Sega 32X were two add-ons for the coming SMD never took off. Both platforms have been abandoned very early and left consumers with a terrible taste in my mouth.
Coming from a wealth of errors in the era of 16-bit, they rushed their next generation console, SEGA Saturn, the shelves stores. To say that the reception was decent would be an exaggeration. The damage was done and the Sega Saturn just never had a glimmer of hope. (Unfortunately, their 4th generation console would be their last swan song, but the damage occurred in the 3rd generation.) 3rd Generation Curse No. 3.
Sony, which ironically has been dropped from Nintendo for Phillips to produce a CD add-on for the SNES came out to create one of the most influential industry, from very blue prints they worked with Nintendo. The PS1 was a massive success and shortly after people start had already hyping the PS2 so that nothing else was irrelevant.
The Sega Dreamcast died, with the Nintendo GameCube and Microsoft Xbox fighting for the leftovers. Sony was on top of their game, and they knew it. This led to a certain arrogance, reminiscent of Nintendo in the N64 era. Is the 3rd generation Curse havoc again?
Microsoft is only their second generation (even if the SEGA Dreamcast worked off an infrastructure Microsoft Windows CE) and only at the end of 3rd generation that you can see the result. The original Xbox has followed a trajectory very similar to SEGA, with it being destroyed by the PS2, like SMS experienced with NES. The 360, as the SLD, the console is struggling against his head against the PS3 in a very close battle fought (like the SNES and SMD is). The result will be very interesting.
Currently Looking at the number of sales, it is clear that Nintendo has risen from the dead and reinvented the brand. Microsoft has improved by leaps and bounds but Sony has lost more market share. What exactly Sony's future plans are not known.
After 2008, showing at E3, they approach the public with a very humble approach. Jack Tretton really chooses his words wisely and to a certain level called memories in my old base data on how Sony approached the market in the early 90s.
Outrageous remarks like "You will need a second job to afford the PS3 (which amazingly still holds some truth) is nowhere to be seen. Sony has a slogan that summarizes the brand and I believe that we must never forget – Never underestimate the power of the PlayStation.
As for the 3 "Generation Curse, it proved to be as sure as the curse of surviving if the winner of the car never wins the million dollars. This is one these strange phenomena in the world that is inexplicable. If it is a fact that can be learned from past failures, then it would be for manufacturers stay humble in an industry where your consumers can empty in an instant from the next best thing.
